Accessing the CRM
CLICK HERE to login. You will need your Sierra site URL, username, and password.
Add Users
Add new users to your account to help you manage and convert leads with your Sierra CRM.
Import Your leads
Start working your current database by using our Lead Import Wizard to import your leads via a .csv file.
Managing Leads
Your Leads Dashboard provides you with an overview of all your assigned leads with access to features that allow you to filter and sort your leads, mass message, or manage leads in bulk.
Click on any lead's name to access their Lead Detail page. Here, you can view and edit contact information, view communication history, manage searches, and add notes or tasks related to the lead.
Assign leads to specific team members using Sierra's Lead Routing Rules to ensure timely and personalized follow-ups.
Add E-alerts to buyer leads or Market Updates to seller leads to encourage them to continue their home search on your Sierra website.
Automated Campaigns
Take advantage of automated messages with Sierra's Drip Campaigns, Fully Automated Action Plans, and Traditional Action Plans.
CRM Customization
Customize how you categorize and organize your leads with Lead Tags.
Define stages of your sales pipeline with Lead Statuses.
Craft personalized, templated messages for faster response times by using Sierra's Contact Templates and Merge Fields features.
Reporting and Analytics
Use Agent Reporting to gain insights into your team's sales performance by analyzing the number of leads assigned, the average time to view a new lead, and the total number of contact attempts.
Check the performance of your lead generation efforts by reviewing the Reporting by Lead Source page in your CRM to view the number of leads generated by a source and keep track of transactions by team members.
