Feature-based Trainings are open to all Sierra users, with each session assigned a specific level: Level 1 is ideal for agents, lenders, and collaborators; Level 2 caters to Managers and Primary Managers; while Level 3 is exclusively designed for Primary Managers, ensuring tailored content for every role and expertise level.
